What are the different plans you offer?
We offer three simple options:
- One-Time Cleaning: A single visit with no ongoing commitment.
- Monthly or Every 2 Months Plan: Recurring service to keep your bins consistently clean, with reminders before each visit.
- Prepaid Package: Pay once for 6 cleanings (monthly) or 3 cleanings (every 2 months). There are no recurring payments, and the plan ends automatically after all cleanings are used.
How often should I clean my bins?
We recommend cleaning your bins once a month to prevent odors, bacteria, and pests from building up.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, just leave your bins out on your collection day, and we’ll take care of the rest.
When will my first cleaning take place after I sign up?
Your first service will typically be scheduled on your next or following collection day, depending on availability and routing. We’ll confirm your exact start date after your order.
When do you clean the bins?
We clean your bins on your regular garbage collection day, after they’ve been emptied. Usually between 1pm - 9pm.
Will I get a reminder before cleaning?
Yes — we’ll send you a reminder the day before via email and/or SMS so you don’t forget to put your bins out.
What if I forget to leave my bins out?
If we arrive and your bins are not out, a $10 fee will apply for us to return and complete the service.
